AJAY SHARMA
As a relationship-driven practitioner, I am committed to blending my business and legal skills to provide my clients with practical advice to guide them to their legal solutions. Prior to embarking on my legal career, I studied at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Ryerson University, where I earned my Bachelor of Commerce degree.
In 2017, I earned my J.D. from the University of New Brunswick, Faculty of Law. Following graduation from law school, I articled at a full-service law firm in downtown Brampton. Since my call to the Bar in Ontario, I have practiced in various areas, from Bay Street to in-house counsel. I am confident in my expertise to handle all your legal needs and strive to continuously expand my expertise to better serve my clients. Most recently, in 2020, I successfully earned a certificate from The Osgoode Intensive Program in Wills & Estates.
In addition to my professional practice, I actively contribute to my community as a board member for both Guelph Police Services and The Children's Foundation of Guelph and Wellington.

With nearly a decade of experience in real estate law, she brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to each and every transaction. She quickly discovered her passion for real estate law and enjoys navigating its many complexities with precision and care. She is committed to helping our clients feel comfortable by guiding them through out the process from beginning to end, and is always happy to answer any questions that they may have or discuss all things real estate.
As a lifelong Guelphite, she enjoys and participates in many community events that our beautiful city has to offer. She is a mother of one extraordinary daughter, and is an avid CrossFitter, Yogi, and explorer of nature.
